You're staying at The Crest Condos. These are known for some of the best, unobstructed views on Sugar Mountain, enjoy the deck while you are here! Enjoy the cozy fireplace, the big bathtub, and the amazing sunsets while you relax.

House Rules 🏠

• Check-Out Time

  • 10:00am 

  • Please Note: Your front door code will stop working at your Check-Out Time on your departure day; be sure to gather all your belongings and check out by this time

• Front Door Lock

  • Make sure you know your Access Code before leaving, you will need it to get back in

  • To lock the door when leaving press the Yale button at the top of the keypad

  • To unlock the door when returning, type in your 6-digit code then press the checkmark on the keypad

• Parking

  • Display your DHCV Parking Pass at all times

  • Please only park in front of Building 100 D

  • There is a 2 car maximum, if you are in need of overflow parking please reach out to our office

• Pets

  • No pets allowed

• Shoes

  • Please do not wear your ski boots or golf shoes inside

Before You Check Out 🧹

We appreciate your help with the following:

• Take out the trash to the enclosed outdoor bins

  • the Trash House is located in the parking lot directly next to unit 100D

  • please ensure all your bags are tied tightly and be sure to close the door securely 🐻 

• Load and start the dishwasher

• Leave used towels in the bathrooms

• Leave any beds that were slept in unmade

• Return any moved furniture to original place
