Location 📍

You're staying in one of the best locations on Sugar Mountain. The Bee Branch condos are perfect for skiing and snowboarding in the winter, with direct access to the slopes. Just out back, you’ll find a path that leads straight to Easy Street, the beginner slope at Sugar Mountain Resort.

This spot combines true slope-side convenience with cozy comfort and the natural beauty of the mountains — the perfect base for your mountain adventure.

House Rules 🏠

• Check-Out Time

  • 10:00am 

  • Please Note: Your front door code will stop working at your Check-Out Time on your departure day; be sure to gather all your belongings and check out by this time

• Front Door Lock

  • Make sure you know your Access Code before leaving, you will need it to get back in

  • To lock the door when leaving press the Yale button at the top of the keypad

  • To unlock the door when returning, type in your 6-digit code then press the checkmark on the keypad

• Parking

  • Display your DHCV Parking Pass at all times

  • Please only park in front of Building 4

  • There is a 2 car maximum, if you are in need of overflow parking please reach out to our office

• Pets

  • No pets allowed

• Shoes

  • Please do not wear your ski boots or golf shoes inside

Before You Check Out 🧹

We appreciate your help with the following:

• Take out the trash to the enclosed outdoor bins

  • the Trash House is located in the parking lot, to the right of Building 4 when you are facing it

  • please ensure all your bags are tied tightly and be sure to close the door securely 🐻 

• Load and start the dishwasher

• Leave used towels in the bathrooms

• Leave any beds that were slept in unmade

• Return any moved furniture to original place

⭐ If you don't have breakfast plans after your Departure, we highly recommend stopping by High Country Pies for a breakfast pie to-go on your way out of town; they are located at 3277 Tynecastle Hwy, Banner Elk, NC 28604 

House Information 🏡 

• Baseboard Heating

  • Please do not place anything on or against the baseboards. It is a serious fire hazard!

  • Turn control dials clockwise to turn up the temperature; turn them counterclockwise to turn down the temperature

  • If you would like them OFF turn them counterclockwise until they can't turn any further

• Dishwasher

  • Open the door slightly so you can see the controls on the top of the door

  • Choose your wash cycle on the left by pushing the button; power plus, normal wash, quick wash, etc.

  • Choose your wash pressure, wash temp and dry setting by pushing each button until your desired setting light is on

    • example: push "wash pressure" until the light next to "spray" is on

  • Press start on the right hands side and then close the door

• Fireplace

  • On top of the fireplace, with the TV remotes, is a small black remote for the fireplace

  • Please do not leave the premises or go to sleep with the fireplace on

• Laundry

  • Located in the Kitchen Closet next to the wine glass on the wall

  • Hold down the Power Button for a few seconds to get the machine to turn on

  • On the light display screen select your desired settings

  • Washer

    • Bottom unit ⬇️

  • Dryer

    • Upper unit ⬆️
