Check-Out Time
- 10:00am
- Please Note: Your front door code will stop working at your Check-Out Time on your departure day; be sure to gather all your belongings and check out by this time
Front Door Lock
- This house's e-lock is located at the basement entrance door
- Make sure you know your Access Code before leaving, you will need it to get back in
- To lock the door when leaving press the Yale button at the top of the keypad
- To unlock the door when returning, type in your 6-digit code then press the checkmark on the keypad
Parking
- Please utilize two parking spaces in the driveway
Pets
- No pets are allowed at this property
Shoes
- Please do not wear your ski boots or golf shoes inside

Before You Check Out 🧹

We appreciate your help with the following:

Please bag your trash, tie it securely, and choose one of the following options:
- Take it to the Avery County Trash Convenience Center located at 266 Norwood Hollow Road, Banner Elk, NC 28604
  1. on weekends and holidays, please take your trash to the Sugar Mountain convenience center located at the top of the Sugar Mountain
Load and start the dishwasher
Leave used towels in the bathrooms
Leave any beds that were slept in unmade
Return any moved furniture to original place

Pool Table
- No food or drinks: Keep all meals, snacks, and beverages completely away from the pool table rails and playing surface to avoid permanent stains.
- No sitting or leaning heavy weight: Do not sit, lean, or place heavy luggage, boxes, or serving trays on the table.
- No rough play: No jump shots, massé shots, or slamming cue sticks, which easily rip or burn the felt.
- No dropping balls: place balls down by hand rather than tossing or dropping them onto the cloth, which causes white friction marks.
