⭐ goal setting using ATL skills ⭐

SA Questions is where you set your goals when it comes to achieving the selected learning outcomes. You have to set the goals during your planning phase.

Becoming an effective learner involves understanding some important principles of how to learn. We use ATL skills (Approaches To Learning) to achieve the learning outcomes.

State a clear goal explaining how you will achieve the learning outcome.

Formula: ATL skill strand + learning outcome + activity goal

Example: 

ATL: Thinking skills. Transfer skills. Apply skills and knowledge in unfamiliar situations.

To achieve this goal* I will apply skills and knowledge from English, Swedish and Science to translate English scientific text to Swedish. (Cesar, 4A)

Example: 

ATL: Research skills. Information literacy skills. Access information to be informed and inform others.
