Introduction
In any podcast, an introduction is a fundamental principle that must be included. It allows an individual to gain the listeners attention and at the same time it also allows the listeners to get an overview of the podcast itself.
Introducing guests
This is optional if you are working alone.
If you are working in a group or with pairs please make sure to introduce each other.
By introducing your guest you are simply stating basic information about them to establish a bond between you and them.
Content

You should address the three points you have written about.
Make sure you have little pauses in between ( 5- 10 seconds ), scroll down to segue.
Videos or real life examples
Now of course we aren’t asking you to physically provide an object regarding your topic. But we are talking about an example you have seen in a recent trend or event that you can relate to your topic.
Please mention at least more than 5 in your podcast.
If you are going to address a video please play it and react to it during the podcast. Give credits accordingly.
If you are going to mention a trend of video let the listeners know where they can find it if they may be interested.
Segue
A smooth transition that provides breaks in the podcast without interrupting your delivery of the content.
It helps make the podcast flow if you are jumping from one thing to the next.
