The process
START by answering these 3 questions:
What is the social issue you're interested in?
⇢ e.g. poverty, homelessness, gender inequality, bullying, etc...
What is the social change you want to see?
What action will you take?
⇢ a product
⇢ a service (direct, indirect, advocacy, research).
For a successful completion of a SA activity, follow the steps of the process; investigating, planning, taking action with reflecting throughout the whole process.

Break down in order to bring out the essential elements or structure. To identify parts and relationships, and to interpret information to reach conclusions.

Describe

Develop
To improve incrementally, elaborate or expand in detail. Evolve to a more advanced or effective state.
Evaluate
Assess the implications and limitations; make judgments about the ideas, works, solutions or methods in relation to selected criteria.
Explore
Undertake a systematic process of discovery.
Identify
Provide an answer from a number of possibilities. Recognize and state briefly a distinguishing fact or feature.
Investigate
Observe, study or make a detailed and systematic examination, in order to establish facts and reach new conclusions.
Organize
Put ideas and information into a proper or systematic order.
Reflect
Think about deeply; consider.
