Parent-Student-Teacher Conferences

Wednesday, October 28, 2026, 11am–7pm
(No classes • OOSC open)

We welcome you to sign up for Parent-Student-Teacher Conferences which take place on Wednesday, October 28, 2026 from 11am to 7pm.

There is no school today. OOSC will remain open and will be off campus, so no drop-ins can be accommodated.

Sign-up opens: Friday, October 16 at 9am
Sign-up closes: Friday, October 23 at 10pm
Sign-up is managed through MySchool (see below)
JK and K Parent-Teacher conferences are Hybrid, meaning homeroom teachers are at school and parents have the option of choosing either a virtual or an in-person meeting.
All appointments for Grades 1–12 and all Specialist Teachers will be virtual on Google Meet.
On October 28, to attend the conferences, use these Google Meet Links for all Teacher Conferences.

Grades JK + K

Parents/Guardians may sign up for one 10-minute appointment with the classroom/homeroom teacher (in person or virtual). If you plan to attend in person, please inform the teacher by emailing them directly.
Parents/Guardians may sign up for three 10-minute appointments with specialist teachers (virtual only).
To sign up, please follow the instructions below.

Grades 1–3

Students are invited, but not required, to attend alongside you during these conferences.
Parents/Guardians may sign up for one 10-minute virtual appointment with the classroom/homeroom teacher.
Parents/Guardians may sign up for three 10-minute virtual appointments with specialist teachers.
To sign up, please follow the instructions below.

Junior School Specialist teachers

Note: In the case where you have two or more children who have one specialist teacher, please only book one meeting with a specific specialist.

Student Services (K–3): Ms. Greenhough
Performing Arts (JK–3) and Educational Technology (K–3): Mr. McQuiggan
French (JK–3): Mme. Foucher
PHE (JK–3): Mr. McKay or Mr. Craven
Health and Wellness (K–3) and Outdoor Education (K–3): Ms. Georgilas
Library (optional- not assessed): Ms. Twaites

Middle School (Grades 4–7)

Students in Grades 4–7 are encouraged to attend these conferences alongside their parents/guardians.
Parents/guardians are invited to sign up for one 10-minute virtual appointment with each of their core teachers (ex: one 10-minute appointment to discuss both English and Socials, and one 10-minute appointment to discuss Math and Science).
Parents/guardians can sign up for two 10-minute virtual appointments with specialist teachers (Physical Health Education, French, Visual Arts, Performing Arts, Student Services) through MySchool. If the core teacher is also the specialist teacher, please do not book an additional appointment.
Some specialist teachers may reach out directly to make an appointment with you. In the case where you have two or more children who have one specialist teacher, you are welcome to discuss all children during one appointment time, if that is convenient for you.

Senior School (Grades 8–12)

Students in Grades 8–12 are expected to attend these conferences alongside their parents/guardians.
Because students in Grades 8–12 have multiple teachers, parents/guardians are invited to sign up for 10-minute virtual appointments with up to four of their course teachers. Parents and students select which teachers they want to meet with.
Some teachers may reach out directly to make an appointment with students/parents.

How To Register For Parent-Student-Teacher Conferences

Registration Dates

Opens: Friday, October 16 at 9:00am
Closes: Friday, October 23 at 10:00pm

Booking Steps

Login: Log in to your MySchool account.
Navigate: On the left-hand menu, click "Parent Teacher Meeting."
Choose a Slot: Select an available time for each teacher.
- Blue spaces are available.
- Grey spaces are unavailable.

Items to Note for Sign-Up

The system will not let you double book yourself, meaning you cannot book yourself in with multiple teachers at the exact same time.
You are limited to 4 conferences per child in Grades JK–12.
If you have more than one child, within the MySchool system, please be sure to scroll down on the sign-up page to select times for all your children.
Should parents/guardians be unable to secure desired conferences on the dates provided, please email the teacher directly to set up a different time. Additionally, if you need to meet with a teacher for a longer period of time and/or are not available on this date, please email the teacher directly and make alternative arrangements.

For students ages 12 and under, full-day OOSC is available for $90.
