Hi everyone!!!
I hope you are all well and staying safe.
In days like these, music can be a great way to entertain ourselves and enjoy our time with our families.
In this page, I have added a few activities that you can do at home. There are songs, tutorial videos for singing, dancing and playing instruments, and links to other sites that can be interesting for you.
I hope you enjoy these activities. Do send me an email if you would like me to add anything else or if you need any help.
Here are a few songs that you can do. I have recorded some videos so that you can follow my moves and then you can click on the name of the songs to just hear them and make up your own moves.

Years 5 and 6 have worked hard this year to improve their instrumental skills. They have been using a platform called Flipgrid, that allows you to record videos of how you can play instruments, sing, dance or perform in any other way.
I have created a new topic that you can use to showcase your talent. Just click on the image below, sign in with your school email account and follow the instructions. If you are using a phone or tablet, you will need to download the Flipgrid free App:
The best videos will be featured in this public grid, unless you don't want them to be published.
If you need some inspiration to learn to play songs on recorder, here are some tutorial videos:

Ode to joy
Five Sticky Lollipops
Here you can find suggestions for sites and Apps that you can try and experiment with. Most of them will allow you to create music and learn about different musical elements, like pitch, rhythm, pulse and musical instruments.
