Gandi Si Building

I produced a music video as part of our core course, "Entertainment Genres. The video is created for the song ‘Gandi Si Building’, sung and written by Mehdi Maloof. I have learned about the stages of producing the video including writing the script, screenplay and deciding shots.

The video chronicled our protagonist’s journey, who has led a shielded life. As he enters the hostel, he is met with a culture shock of epic proportions. Throughout the video, we showed the common elements of the hostel life, which are funny and at times heart-rendering and unique in their own way. Over time, the protagonist adjusts into a routine of his hostel life.
