As part of the course here are two articles that I wrote for two different classes. One is an interview piece with Newslaundry's Associate Editor, Ms. Jayashree Arunachalam. The other is a piece on Euthanasia, a highly dynamic topic, concurrent with our times.

While doing this project, we learned a lot about the roles of an editor, how a print publication works differently from a digital one, the style sheet, etc. Not only was it an insightful conversation, but it was also a pleasure to talk Arunachalam, without any formality, as she answered all our questions, patiently.

The Fight Continues: Bureaucratic Implications on Euthanasia

Time and again, the debate around euthanasia gets reignited. With a tedious bureaucracy in place, euthanasia becomes more of a hassle. Consequently, it gets difficult for the patients to get respite from their terminal illnesses.
