Located near the conference area. Available 24 hours with room access for computer usage and printing. Complimentary boarding pass printing. Staff available Mon-Fri 7am-5:30pm & Saturday 7am-Noon to assist with high volume copies and shipping.
Shipping/Delivery for Packages
Guests can have packages shipped from and received to their Universal Orlando Resort Hotel! The Business Center charges a fee for receiving, handling and/or storing guest package(s). Handling and storage charges are per 7 days. The charge can be billed to their room, paid in cash or with a credit card.
The item should be shipped to the hotels address with attn: Guest name and date of arrival.

Envelope: $5.86 each
Small Boxes (Under 1' or 0-25lb): $15.98 each
Medium Boxes (1'-2' or 26-50lb): $26.63 each
Large Boxes (2'-3' or 51-75lb): $42.60 each
Oversized Boxes (3'-4' or 76-100lb): $58.58 each
Pallets & Crates (up to 200lb): $133.13 each
Over 200 lbs: add $0.60. per lb
For example: 300lbs (300 X $0.60= $180 plus tax)

The Lavanderia is located in the Villa Wing, 2nd floor, just outside the elevator landing. Guests will need to use a room key to enter. Guests will need a credit card to operate the machines. There are a total of 5 dryers and 3 washers available.
