Pass Members can set their festive side free at the exclusive Pass Member Holiday Park Takeover November 28-29. They’re invited to enjoy Christmas in The Wizarding World of Harry Potter™, laugh along to Grinchmas™ as they take pictures with The Grinch™, and enjoy their favorite rides.
Reservations
Admission is free with an online reservation. One reservation per valid Annual/Season Pass. An advance online reservation is required for entry into the event. Space is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis at www.UniversalPassMember.com.
Advance Reservations
“An advance online reservation is required to attend the event. Reservations will open up early November. Pass Members who have a valid email address on file to receive emails should receive an email invitation to RSVP or any Pass Member who has a valid Pass can check back at UniversalPassMember.com to RSVP. To be eligible, Pass Member must have an already activated Annual or Season Pass valid through the date of the event. Reservations are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.”

Terms & Conditions
Valid during event hours on November 28, 2023 and November 29, 2023 only. You must make your reservation online at UniversalPassMember.com to reserve your ticket. One reservation per valid Annual/Season Pass. Reservations and space are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Valid Annual or Season Pass and event reservation confirmation email required for Park entry. New Passes will not be eligible for reservations until the selected first visit date for the Pass. Additional guests are not permitted. Parking is not included. Platinum and Gold Annual Pass Member general parking benefit will be valid after 6pm for the event. Standard parking rates apply for all other Pass Members.

Admission & Parking
Event Admission
Admission is free with an online reservation for active Pass Members only (no age limit); guests will not be permitted to attend.
Guests must have a valid Annual or Season Pass and RSVP confirmation to enter the event.
Upon arrival, Pass Members can look for the Special Event turnstile at the Front Gate for entry and to receive their event credential (one credential per Pass Member).
The entire group does not have to arrive at the same time as long as each Pass Member has a valid Annual or Season Pass and RSVP confirmation, they will be able to enter the event.
Pass Members in the park during the day do not need to exit the park as long as they received their event credential. When arriving early, they should look for the Pass Member Special Event turnstile at the Front Gate for entry to receive their event credential.
Pass Members running late will be able to enter the event until 10pm as long as they have their valid Annual or Season Pass and RSVP confirmation.
Pass Members who do not print out their confirmation can show the Team Member their phone. Team Members can look at their phone for the RSVP confirmation.
Parking
Parking is not included.

Passes that have not been activated by making their first visit will not be eligible for reservations.
Blackout dates will not apply if Pass Members have a reservation. Presenting their RSVP confirmation email and their valid Annual/Season Pass at the front gate turnstiles will give them entry into the event.
This event is for Pass Members only and guests will not be permitted to attend.
Pass Members can sign themselves up and up to eight (8) Pass Members per reservation.
For each member who wants a reservation, they are required to provide a valid Pass Member ID (the barcode on the pass).
Once the reservation is booked, the Pass Member will receive a reservation confirmation to the email address of the main reservation holder. There will also be an option to share the confirmation email to each Pass Member of their party.
We cannot accommodate additional reservations if the event is sold out.
Reservation Process FAQs
Errors/Confirmation Email Issues
Pass Members may receive an error message due to the following reasons:
One of the Pass Member IDs entered has hit their participation quota.
The event has reached capacity before the Pass Member submitted/completed their reservation request.
One of the Pass Member IDs entered is incorrect or invalid.
One of the Pass Member IDs isn’t a valid pass type eligible for making a reservation for this event.
If Pass Member did not receive a confirmation email, they should check their spam folder.
If they still have not received their confirmation, they can return to the reservation landing page.
Click on the “Already Have a Reservation?” link and this will take them to the “Access Reservation” page.
Search using the last name, reservation date and email address specified on the original reservation.
Once they find their reservation, select “Resend Confirmation Email”.
Enter their email address and click “Send Confirmation” for the confirmation email to be resent.
Resending the confirmation email only sends a copy of the reservation. It will not update the email specified on the original reservation should the Pass Member need to cancel or resend the confirmation again in the future.
Cancelling Reservations
If the Pass Member would like to change or cancel their reservation, they should return to the reservation landing page.
Click on the “Already Have a Reservation?” link and this will take them to the “Access Reservation” page.
Search using the last name, reservation date and email address specified on the original reservation.
Once they find their reservation, select “Cancel Reservation”.
Enter their email address and click “Cancel Reservation” to receive a cancellation confirmation email.
Once a reservation is cancelled it cannot be undone. However, Pass Members may make a new reservation if space is still available.

Pass type is listed in the upper left-hand corner of the pass.
