Mobility Assistance

Universal Studios Hollywood’s shopping and dining facilities are wheelchair accessible. Our outdoor stage shows also have areas reserved for guests with disabilities. These areas are clearly marked with the International Symbol of Accessibility.
Occupied Strollers are not allowed on the Starway Escalator.
No ride vehicles at Universal Studios Hollywood can accommodate Electronic Convenience Vehicles (ECVs) or electric wheelchairs. At rides that can accommodate standard wheelchairs, guests may transfer from their ECV or electric wheelchair into a standard wheelchair, which can be provided.

Strollers, wheelchair and ECVs are available for rent just inside the park, across from the Universal Studios Store.
Due to limited numbers, wheelchair/ECV rentals are on a first-come, first-served basis and must be operated by a single person 18 years of age or older. Guests cannot reserve them in advance.
