Lost and Found

Our Lost and Found department is located at Guest Relations, near the entrance to the park. Guests inquiring about a lost item should contact Guest Relations 

In-Park Guest Relations

Guest Relations is located at the Park entrance to the Guest's right when they walk in, after the turnstiles. Guest Relations Team Members are available from park open to park close. 

They can assist with:

• All ADA related inquiries

  • Service Animal Check-In

• Any in-park guest inquiries.

• Lost and Found

• Missing payments on Annual Passes

Universal Box Office

The Universal Box office is where upgrades to Universal Express and Annual Passes are made. It is the tall Universal sign attached to the Universal Plaza inside the park, directly across from Starbucks®.
