Research

Embarking on a culinary adventure at Universal's theme park restaurants? Ensure a delightful experience by conducting some pre-visit research. Familiarize yourself with the diverse dining options available through our online menus, conveniently accessible on our Universal Orlando Menus page. This proactive approach provides you with a valuable head start, enabling you to plan your dining preferences in advance. For any lingering queries after perusing the menus, feel free to reach out to our Guest Services Team via email at Food.Allergy@universalorlando.com.

In the event that pre-planning isn't feasible, don't worry. Upon your arrival at Universal Orlando Resort, you have the option to explore dining choices on the spot. Approach any restaurant within the resort or at our hotels and request to speak with a chef or manager. Communicate any specific food allergies or intolerances for members of your party, and our dedicated staff will assist you. It's essential to note that while Universal Orlando doesn't maintain separate allergen-free food preparation facilities, our team is committed to accommodating your needs. Nevertheless, there may be instances where allergens could have been introduced to ingredients before reaching our kitchens.

Kosher Options

For those seeking kosher menu options, Universal extends this service at select restaurants, including Lombard’s Seafood Grille™ and Finnegan’s Bar & Grill™ in Universal Studios Florida™; Confisco Grille™ and Mythos Restaurant™ in Universal’s Islands of Adventure™; and Bambu in Universal’s Volcano Bay. Indulge in kosher offerings like salmon, chicken, and Salisbury steak at a price of $29.95 plus tax per meal. To secure this option, please provide 72 hours advance notice by contacting Guest Services at (407) 224-4233.

Bring Your Own Food

Opting to bring your own food? You're more than welcome! Inform a Security Team Member during the front gate's security bag check about any food allergies or intolerances within your party. Pack your items in a soft-sided cooler, as glass containers are not permitted. Guests staying at Universal Orlando hotels can store food in their hotel room refrigerators, as the hotel's kitchen cannot accommodate food storage on behalf of guests.
