A self-help program based on cognitive-behavioral and motivational-therapy methods for recovery from addictive behavior.
Offer practical coping and recovery skills, regardless of religious or spiritual beliefs or lack thereof.
Groups are generally small and interactive in format so that everyone present can feel welcome to join in the discussion.
