Provides financial assistance to women from outside the United States and Canada who are seeking advanced degrees from an accredited college or university in the U.S. or Canada with the expectation that students will return to their home countries to utilize their education to make a positive impact and foster global peace.
Eligibility: must be international student with a full year of coursework remaining, be enrolled and in residence for the entire school year. Additional eligibility details and procedures
This scholarship is through IELTS and is for Graduate students. The scholarship is $5,000 (payable in U.S. dollars only) annual tuition scholarship renewable for 3 years pending good academic standing.
Eligibility: must have a valid IELTS Academic score that was used to meet their University’s (or program’s) English proficiency requirement, not older than 2 years at time of application, Applicant must be admitted to an accredited U.S. college or university for a Fall 2023 start term, must enroll as a Masters or Doctoral students, qualify as an international student and demonstrate intentional pursuit of academic English language acquisition during their prior academic career (must be an English language learner), must be studying one of the following Social justice, Criminal justice reform, Women’s rights/Women’s studies, Creative arts, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Educational access and equity, International studies or International policy, Higher Education Leadership
