Monday-4/06 - Today we Cnc'd our last piece of wood. We are hopefully done with CNC'ing for the rest of the year and are fully ready to assemble and finalize. This is the implement step of the Design Process. (Image below)
Tuesday-4/07 - Today we updated the fusion model (the speakers). We decided that it would be easier to just drill the holes after further reconsideration and made precise holes that we later sanded down. The holed turned out well and we were satisfied. This is the implement step of design process as we implemented the holes into our design. (image below)
Wednesday-4/08 - Today we cut our wood as it needed a little shaving off for the wood that is on the inside of the mirror. This wood will be holding up the monitor and is what the monitor will be screwed into. We were able to cut the wood and glue to pieces together to make one thick plank. This is the implement step of design process. (image below)
Thursday -04/09 - Today Simra and Ariana figured out the wiring for the speaker. Radha also asked Mr. Rojas about our G-code and Mr. Rojas suggested to fix the holes for the bit size. This is the implement step of design process. (image below)
Friday- 4/10 Today we continued cutting the wood and started soldering the wires for the speakers so that we could test the sound and add them to our design. This is the implement step of design process. (image below)
TWO WEEK PLAN: In two weeks we plan on being ready for SHOWCASE!! This is both exciting and pressuring. That being said, we must have our entire mirror done and ready as per plan. This mean complete assembling, code all complete, aesthetics completed, and a slideshow as well as poster made for showcase day. (image below)
