The Short-Term Employee Crisis; A Culture Building Employee Management Solution
This project is aimed at aiding in closing the gap between physicians and front-end staff to start patient care at the front desk, rather than beginning in the exam room. Through a human resource management training system, physicians’ dynamics can be translated into employee training to build the clinic’s culture and track employee engagement within the system, enabling a cohesive patient experience. This project is articulated through a 21-page research paper and an e-learning training program using Adobe Captivate.
