Happy Fall!!!

This month will be full of excitement and lots of learning! We have started our Practice Packets and I am looking forward to seeing gaps being filled :) Please review these skills with your child and return the packets to me on Fridays.

Report cards are available to view with 1st Quarter ending on October 8th, so be sure to check your child's Skyward Grades. They were available on 10/16 to view.

Thank you for all families who I was able to meet for conferences. It was wonderful to meet and talk about your fabulous children.

Second Quarter goes by very quickly. We have a lot of hard work due and so many fun activities with the holiday season.

Please be sure to keep on top of the Practice Packets and keep leaving your valuable feedback. I appreciate your support.

A few important things to know:

Contact: Primary contact is through my email brenda.tain@tvcs.org, but I am available for phone calls and conferences per request.
Folders: go home daily and are to be returned back to school every day. Please check your child's agenda every night! Additionally, please remember to check the "return" and "keep home" pockets for any notices, school work, etc.
Snack: Please send in a healthy snack with your child each day. The students have snack time daily. This snack needs to be sent in outside of their lunch box.
Classroom Library: Check out the link in heading to see the full list of books in our classroom library!
PI Options: Classroom Wishlist - This is not required but you can earn PI time with receipts sent in. I appreciate anything you are able to send in. Below is a list of items our classroom is currently in need of: https://www.amazon.com/hz/wishlist/ls/23FNXJ30MWPQB?ref_=wl_share
Homework ( Practice Packets) are sent home Mondays. They are given out on Monday (Friday by request) and they are due the following Friday. More explanations to come.
