Welcome to the 2025-26 school year!
WELCOME TO 2ND GRADE
My name is Ms. Ginty and I'm so excited to have you in my class this year! Our classroom is room 126 and I am looking forward to welcoming you into our class! This is my third year working here at The Villages Charter School. I am engaged to my amazing fiance, Corey, and we can't wait to get married in the spring!!

March 20th: No School for Students-Teacher Professional Day
March 23rd-27th: No School-Spring Break
March 30th: Students return to school
Dear Families and Students,
Our lunch time is at 11:43 so we will be having snack every morning, please remember to be sending your child with one healthy snack each day! Please check your child's folder and initial their agenda every night and send them back to school every morning.
Reading: This week in Reading we will focus on the following skills:
Comprehension Strategy: Compare and Contrast
Phonics: UFLI Lessons 114/115
Math: This week in Math we will be working on repeated addition and arrays.
Science: This week in Science we will be continuing to learn about Matter.
Social Studies: This week in Social Studies we will be learning about African Americann History.
