Welcome to the 2026-2027 school year! I hope everyone had fun this summer. I'm excited to rock this year in the lyric lab alongside my students and to learn from them throughout our year together.

Welcome to the 2026-2027 school year! I hope everyone had fun this summer. I'm excited to rock this year in the lyric lab alongside my students and to learn from them throughout our year together.
I have been teaching since 2008.
I am a native New Yorker, but have lived in FL for more than half my life.
I have a Master's Degree from the University of Central Florida.
I enjoy cooking, traveling, bargain shopping, and doing crafty kits, like paint-by-number or diamond art.
COMING SOON
Ms. Lally's personal classroom library book list via Libib. Students will be able to check out books regularly from the VCES to keep on reading.
Media Day is usually once a week. On this day, students are allowed to check out up to 4 library books. They are encouraged to select books on their independent reading level. Please ask your child to see these books. They should be taking at least some of them home to read, but also need to keep a couple in class to read. *At this time of the year, students are being held more accountable for returning books on-time, so if they don't have the books on our book day, they will not be allowed to check out any more. Please remind your student to return all books on this day AND to bring books with them from household to household.
SEE below for the weekly home practice guides for UFLI, our phonics program. You may use this guide to help your child practice the skill.
