I am so excited to be your child's teacher this year!
A few important things to know...
Contact:
My primary method of contact this year will be Parent Square, but I am available via email as needed. I am also available for phone calls and parent-teacher conferences by request.
Parent-Teacher Communication Folders:
Parent-Teacher Communication Folders go home and are to be returned back to school every day. Additionally, please remember to check the "return" and "keep home" pockets for any notices, school work, etc.
Snack:
Please send in a healthy snack with your student each day. The students have snack time daily before dismissal.

PI Options:
> Founder's Day - September 11th, 2026
> Classroom Wishlist - This is not required but can earn PI time with receipts sent in. I appreciate anything you are able to send in. Below is a list of items our classroom is currently in need of:
Tissues
Treasure box prizes
Homework
Math:
Students will have a daily math practice page that reinforces the skill we learned that day in class.
ELA:
Students should review their weekly UFLI study guide and fluency passage to help reinforce our current phonics and phonemic awareness skills at home. They should also read their library (or personal) books at home with a parent for about 10 minutes at least four nights per week.
