Synergy Behavior Points - Coming Soon!

TUSD staff will use Synergy to award points (Cooper Credits) to students for positive behavior. Students will be able to redeem these points in a school/class story. The intention is to acknowledge and reinforce positive behavior, so only positive points will be added; we will never take points away from a student.

We will begin the process of implementing Synergy points during the first quarter. More information will be giving during our first Wednesday PD!

Commitments

• Record positive student behavior points in Synergy on a regular basis.

• Determine incentives and follow through with students who have earned incentives.

• Reinforce positive behavior through praise and acknowledgement.
