The TUSD Code of Conduct outlines the behavior expectations, rights, and responsibilities of students and staff. Please note that the Code of Conduct is divided into three sections, and the consequences may be different at each level. If a student commits an infraction, please reference the code of conduct if you are unsure of the level of violation. Level 1 violations are handled at the classroom level.

Restorative Practices are strategies for resolving problems and building relationships by addressing the social and emotional issues created by conflict and restoring students to supportive learning environments after making amends for poor choices. Restorative conversations over punitive consequences are always preferable.
