Skyward Standards Based Gradebook

The elementary school classrooms have been using a Standard Based grading system for a number of years in Tukwila School District. But, the system for capturing the grades and then communicating the grades to students and families is changing. This website is organizing a few resources to support elementary teachers, elementary principals, and other staff to be able to start using Skyward to capture final grades for mid-trimester and trimester reporting periods.

Trimesters Matter.

Printing the report cards for elementary-aged students is trimester dependent.

The Fall Trimester is a time when elementary teachers will need to ADD the new template that is pushed out to the school entity.

The Winter and Spring trimesters are when elementary teachers will need to reuse the template from the Fall, but will need to modify it.
