Tech End of Year Timeline for 2023-2024

By or before June 

• • A printed note, a printed checklist and reminder that the alcohol cleaning cloths can be requested from the custodian for each classroom teacher

  • Classroom teachers can request a Tech Box if there is not one in the room, email Theren Hayes

Prior to June 

• • Pack up the Classroom Technology Tools so the presentation computer is in the tech box with cords, microphones, chargers, doc cam and such are in your TECH BOX  

    • Foster High School Video to pack up

    • Showalter A Wing Video to pack up

    • Showalter B Wing Video to pack up and Modulars at the Elementary Schools

    • Elementary School Video to pack up

  • OR see the wordy and long step-by-step Review the Classroom Technologies End-Of-Year Handbook

  • Back-up all files to Google Drive or the H:Drive on BOTH your laptop and presentation computer

June 18th, 2024~ Last day of school

• • Chromebooks cleaned, users removed, and devices in cart & plugged in to charge

  • Interactive classroom peripherals,  Pens, Remote, charger, Microphones, and charger packed into the box

    • Classroom Technologies End of Year Handbook

  • Tape the printed checklist, that was delivered on June 10th, on the box of technology peripherals

  • Sign the printed checklist

June 20th to July 14th, 2024

• • Technology Department will review inventory of classroom technologies, begin repairs on damaged equipment and begin process for replacing missing equipment

• • Completion of the inventory of classroom technologies.  

    • This work is being completed by the technology department.
