Technology Resources 

Every classroom in Tukwila's elementary schools are outfitted with a modern interactive presentation system to support the differentiated needs of our student population.  Each room includes:  

• Projection Systems: Ultra Short Throw Projectors or Interactive Panels

• Document camera powered by XSight software

• Laptop computer (Dell 3420), Microsoft Office, Adobe DC, Snipping Tool,  and XSight software

  • Google Workspace for Education Fundamentals; Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms, Sites, Drawings, and MyMaps

•  Presentation Computer (Monitor with a NUC small form factor PC) with Microsoft Office, Adobe DC, Snipping Tool,  and XSight software

  • Google Workspace for Education Fundamentals; Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms, Sites, Drawings, and MyMaps

• Audio Enhancement to distribute teacher and student voice:  lanyard mic for the teacher, student microphone, charger & four-speaker audio system

Students in Kindergarten have 1:1 iPad mini's in the classroom  

Students in 1st grade through 12th grade have 1:1 access to Chromebooks in their classroom with the Google Apps for doing research, creating artifacts for their portfolio, completing projects, and taking assessments.
