Physical Exam Requirement

Massachusetts general law 105 CMR 200.100 requires a physical examination within one year prior to entrance to school or within 30 days after school entry and at intervals of either three or four years thereafter. Therefore, School policy requires each child entering kindergarten and at the fourth grade level to have a physical examination on file. A physical completed after January of your childs third grade year will meet your childs fourth grade requirement.
