Welcome to the Fuller Meadow Health Office.
Our goal is to ensure academic success through optimal health and well-being.
The school nurse's role includes providing first aid, caring for acute and chronic medical conditions, completing state mandated screenings, and maintaining health records. We are here to assist in promoting good health and maintaining a healthy, safe environment for students and staff that encourages a comfortable and productive learning atmosphere.
We believe collaboration and teamwork are essential to effectively support our students well-being; and we work closely with families, teachers, counselors, and other pertinent staff to create a coordinated approach to student care.
Feel free to call the health office at any time with updates, questions or concerns regarding your child’s health.
We can be reached by phone: 978 750 4756 or by email: fmnurse@middletonps.org

Please be sure your child has warm winter clothes for outside play. We make every effort to have recess outside. If they have snow pants and boots they may play in the snow. It may be helpful to have a change of clothes in the event they get wet from playing.
Handwashing is the best defense against germs.
Please review proper hand washing technique with your child as well as when to wash. Cough etiquette is another healthy habit we teach and can be reinforced at home.
