What do I do if my child has sustained a Concussion?
If your child has sustained a concussion, a specific plan of care will be developed in order for your child to return to academics, so please notify the nurse as soon as possible of this condition.
If your child obtains a head bump while at school you will be contacted using information listed on your emergency health care.
