Injury:
If your child has an injury that results in decreased mobility or movement, please notify the nurse. The nurse will make the necessary accommodations (ie evacuation plan, ensure note-taking capability, extra set of books, etc).
Medical Excuse for Physical Education:
A parent note must be given to the nurse and physical education teacher if your child is unable to participate in PE.
If your child has an injury that limits their activity please let the health office know and send in a doctor's note excusing their participation in gym and recess. We will also need a doctor's note when full activity can resume
