Set View Display Properties
Use the Display tab to set what is displayed in a cell, such as which calendar shall be used for the project.
Ways to access
Click in a view and select the Display tab in the Object Properties pane.
Options
Links - Shows/hides all links.
External Links - Shows/ hides the external links symbol () between other sub-projects of the project.
Total Float - Shows/ hides the total float of Activities.
Free Float - Shows/ hides the free float of Activities.
Constraints - Shows/ hides the constraints of Activities.
Critical Path - Shows/ hides the display of the critical path of Activities. Set a user-defined color for the critical path inside the Settings - Display dialog.
Text (for expanded summary Activity) - Shows/ hides the text of expanded summary Activities if the summary is expanded in a time distance cell (frame around sub Activities).
Activity color - Select from the drop-down menu one of the following items. 'From category' |'From Activity definition' | 'From layer'. All Activities will be displayed in a unified color according to the allocated layer or category. (Note: you have to select a category group additionally)
Display Baseline Activities - Shows/ hides the Activity as baseline Activities from the active Baseline.
Baseline Activities are not deleted after deleting related Activities, which means that:
Baseline Activities with no related Activities (after they have been deleted) are shown in black
Baseline Activities with no related Activities (after they have been deleted) are shown at the bottom of the Gantt chart.
This feature is unique to Tilos; when you erase an Activity in Microsoft Project or Primavera P6, you can no longer show its baseline Activity. To hide baseline Activities from deleted Activities, select Tools > Baseline Manager to edit them.
Display Report date line - Shows/ hides the report date line. Enter the report date inside the Baseline Manager
Display Progress - Shows/ hides the progress of Activities. Set a user-defined line style as progress identification in the dialog Options - Display.
Display not evaluated micro progress segments - This check box option corresponds to 'Display Progress'. With this option, the not evaluated micro progress can be displayed as well.
Display evaluated micro progress segments - This check box option corresponds to 'Display Progress'. With this option, the evaluated micro progress can be displayed as well.
Activity Steps - Activate the option Activity steps to display the Activity steps in the view. Enter the size of the steps in the drawing unit.
Milestones - Activate the option Milestone to display the milestone symbols. Enter the size of the milestones in the drawing unit.
Calendar Display
Calendar - Select the required calendar display within the cell from the drop-down menu. Click the icon 'Show calendar ...' to open the dialog Calendar.
Details of calendar display
Per Day (Day Definitions) - For the calendar display, the whole day is considered in color defined the day definitions. (Night breaks are collapsed)
Settings - Opens the Day Type Display dialog, where the colors can be changed and which types are visible or collapsed.
Exactly (Time Types) - For the calendar display, the working time and free time within a day is displayed exactly. The colors are defined in Time Types.

Filter
A list of all defined Activity Filters. This drop-down menu is available for all cells containing Activities. The selected filter defines the Activities that are visible in the current cell.
Click the icon 'Edit Filter' and choose a filter option from the drop-down menu or create a user-defined filter via the dialog Activity Filter.
Note: A filtered cell is displaying a Filter Symbol in the Top left edge.
