Use Presentation Mode
Important: Presentation mode prints only the ‘natural’ size of the selected view. This is an important simplification of the presentation process over the classic printing functionality. You decide how large the chart/PDF size will be by setting the view size to the desired PDF size. If you need to resize or ‘posterize’ (print in separate sheets to piece together as in a billboard) your PDF to create real prints, you should use the printing capabilities of your PDF viewer. We recommend using AdobeⓇ AcrobatⓇ or Adobe ReaderⓇ, as those tools provide robust features for scaling and posterizing.
Ways to access
To choose between printing and creating a presentation, select Tools > Options > Functions > Printing mode. Choose Presentation.
then
With an integrated, time-distance, or list view in the active window, select File > Create Presentation in the main menu.
Right-click in a view and select Create Presentation from the context menu.
