Core Labs is a club designed for students in the TKS Middle and High School who have interests in design, engineering and technology (STEM). It was created to:
Allow students to pursue interests to innovate and create in these areas
Help TKS through providing service opportunities related to design, engineering and technology (STEM)
Help other students learn more about STEM
Provide leadership and experience in STEM areas in a club
Help achieve the TKS school mission, vision, philosophy and demonstrate TKS values such as:

Student advisory group for school technology initiatives
Tutoring and training other students in how to use power tools, laser cutters, 3D printers, and various software
Being some of the first students to be in the know about STEM-related opportunities at the KAUST University that can be attended
Helping other classroom teachers with their STEM needs and projects
Filming, broadcasting and photographing school events
Stage design and construction for drama/theater performances and video production studio
Laser-engraved door stoppers
Fixing school PE and playground equipment such as kindergarten tricycles
Various personal projects
