SketchUp is a 3D CAD conceptual modeling program used by designers everywhere for architecture design, engineering, landscape design, modeling, etc. It is not as great at creating models for 3D printing or manufacturing but it is good at quickly conceptualizing photo-realistic ideas and has a massive library of pre-made objects.
There is the basic free web-based version ( Create account using TKS gmail info: https://edu.sketchup.com/ and enable pop-ups in the web browser), or a basic free desktop version you can download from Self Service, and a pro-version that costs money https://www.sketchup.com/
