'Kampung Code' - Summary
Coding learning has grown rapidly in Malaysia. Ironically in Sabah, this development is slow, especially in rural areas due to constraints of basic facilities.
Therefore, a learning kit known as 'Kampung Code' was created to help rural students especially B40 students to learn the basics of coding without using a computer.
The project has been implemented since 2019, and has been tested at over 1000 primary school students around Sandakan, Telupid, Kinabatangan and Beluran.
The uniqueness about this project is that the teaching staff and operators consist of students who also contributed ideas in developing this project.
