Convertible English Teacher - Summary

2020 was tough as kids could not attend school and the conventional teaching and learning process was disrupted. Though online learning was initiated throughout the country, the lack of facilities, connectivity, and poverty were obstacles that many schools and teachers continually struggle to overcome.

Therefore, the Convertible English Teacher idea was born with the emphasis on a sustainable and collaborative model to empower unemployed parents by converting them into teachers. Through training, procurement of facilities, and active collaboration between parents and the school, this project aims to develop the culture of learning beyond school.
