Building Unity came to the Grace Welcome Center and brought a peace caravan bus to support Kenosha, help clean up the city, and to promote voter registration.
On this day people came together to promote peace in Kenosha. This event was made to help out the community and give people chances to vote. It’s very important that a variety of people vote, so everyone can share their opinions. People came together from different parts of Wisconsin, to help Kenosha achieve greatness and success.
People from all throughout Kenosha, Madison, Milwaukee, Janesville, and Racine came to the Grace Welcome Center to help on the project.
Kenosha resident, Donna Namath, helped on the project because she said she cares for her city and wants to help support it.
During this time, Kenosha was going through some hardships. The purpose of this project was to ensure peace, friendships among the people, unify everyone, and help out the community. It's very important to act out and help the community however you can.
Jacob Blake's uncle, Justin Blake, came to the event and said that people need to be aware of what is happening around the country, and we need to help support each other. He said it's very important to feed the people in need and treat everyone as equals.
This event was made to “open people's eyes” and to assist each other's needs. It is important to create peace, build friendships with a variety of people, and to treat each other respectfully.
Organizer of Building Unity, Tim Cordon, came to the event with his peace caravan. He said that the only way we can be unified was to bring the people together and assist each other. To get justice for the world, we need to come together as one.
This event was created to bring people together in our community. In order to succeed and move forward, we have to unify everyone.
Pastor Barker and the Grace Welcome Center: The Grace Welcome Center is a non-profit organization that helps out our community. They provide food and supplies to people. The Grace Welcome Center will help anyone who comes to them, no matter what age or race. In this event, the Grace Welcome Center gathered food for the people in need, and they helped pick up trash in their community.
The Building Unity group from Madison: This group is a non-partisan project whose goal is to promote peace, democracy, and stability all over Wisconsin. At the event, the Building Unity brought their peace caravan. This caravan promoted unification, peace, and voter registration. Also, this caravan brought food for those in need.
Justin Blake: Justin is Jacob Blake’s uncle, and he gave a speech promoting helping others and unification.
