Tobias Luksemberg Carreño, a senior at TASIS Dorado, has been awarded a National Association of Student Councils (NASC) Scholarship. This prestigious recognition honors high school juniors and seniors who embody the organization’s core tenets: leadership, service, student voice, and engagement. The program is supported by NASC’s parent organization, the National Association of Secondary School Principals (NASSP).
