A very fun yet challenging competition took place in snack: Jump Rope! Here, one participant per grade had to go into the big jump rope and rope and then come out so that the next participant could go. Congratulations to the sophomores for winning!!
Another snack competition that ended very unexpectedly was the hula-hoop competition. The freshmen ultimately took the crown when their participants kept hula-hooping with their legs.
During lunch, we had two relay competitions. One for high school and one for middle school but they both had the same obstacle course. Each grade had 4 representatives and had to go through a complex obstacle course. The first person had to solve 15 math problems before leading the second blindfolded person through a zig-zag course and then through a hula hoop. Then, the blindfolded person, could take the blindfold off and run to the next station where the third person would have to draw an image and the previously blindfolded person had to guess. Once they guessed the fourth and last person had to leap all the way to the finish line.
