In a research by the team it was learned and predicted that the number of unemployment seems to soar at challenging times of the pandemic, this has brought to attention by the project team during the lockdown period.

With the latter, the team analysed the issue of job loss that had added burden to most families during the lockdown, especially families with members attending schools and or higher learning. Moreover, likelihood of unemployment in fresh graduates are more challenging when job seeking is compounded by the lockdown.

Therefore, the team proposed the project 'Empower' in hope to bring solution to the issue above. With the problem statement, it has inspired the team to create a user-friendly mobile application that incorporates functioning design elements catering to effective filtering and or specification of job search.

The feature of this application serve convenience, bringing job search to a whole new digital way. 'Empower' application aims to assist those affected by unemployment, to secure a job as soon as possible.
