Compliances, Labour office coordination, managing labour department queries
Temp and Contract Staff Management
Performance Management System implementation
Exit process
Employee Lifecycle Management
Skills & Experience
0-3 Years in HR in a manufacturing company
Ability in handling temporary and contract employees
Should be able to handle labour office
HR Administration and Compliance
Good Communication Skills in English. Skills in Hindi and Kannada is desired
