Role overview

As a Sr Software Engineer, this role would be attached to the Product Engineering Team which is responsible for architecting and developing Front End components that adhere to the product requirements. This role will be responsible for developing and testing the product for resilience, performance and functionality..

Key Responsibilities

• ● Designing & Developing user-facing applications using Vue.js

• Participate in Product Discovery - Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, Test

• Translate UI/UX design wireframes to code

• Architect application for maximum speed and scalability

• Particpate in Code Reviews, Design Reviews and drive best practises

• Keeping an eye on security updates and issues found with Vue.js and all project dependencies

• Building modular and reusable components and libraries

• Develop web pages using modern technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, CSS frameworks,

Javascript/Typescript, Axios

• Work with backend developer to integrate system RESTful API

• Debug and provide timely fixes for production issues

• Follow relevant and good coding & security practices

Skills & Experience

• Relevant work experience of 5 - 7 years in Front End Technologies

• Proficient with atleast one of the Front End framework such as VueJS, ReactJS, AngularJS

• Experience in VueJS ecosystem, including Vue CLI, Vuex, Vue Router, and Nuxt.js

• Experience in Vue3, Composition API, Pinia Store is a Big Plus

• Experience in JS, HTML, CSS, and CSS frameworks (Bootstrap/Vuetify/Quasar)

• Proficient with the JavaScript language and its modern ES6+ syntax and features

Nice to have:

• • Prior experience in the EPC / engineering / procurement / construction industry

  • Experience designing or launching AI/ML products with strong explainability or compliance (XAI)

  • Experience working in global teams (US/India) or startup-scale environment scaling to enterprise

  • Experience with SaaS GTM: packaging, pricing, channel/partner strategy

  • Knowledge of security/compliance frameworks (SOC2, ISO27001) – Organisation is certified. 

  • Proficient with framework and its core principles such as components, reactivity, and the virtual

  • DOM

  • Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and Axios

  •  Be a go-getter and enthusiastic with an attitude to learn and evolve

  • Familiarity with REST API design

  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
