Role overview
As a Sales specialist, you will lead and manage the sales and business development initiatives for Commercial Display Systems and other consumables across multiple commercial sectors within Bangalore and Karnataka
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Identify and develop new business opportunities across Corporate Companies, Builders, Hotels, Malls
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through effective pipeline management.
Conduct product presentations, demos, and technical discussions with clients.
Understand customer requirements and recommend the right solutions
Client Relationship Management
Manage and grow existing customer accounts in industries such as Real Estate, Retail, Corporate Offices, Malls.
Maintain strong relationships with procurement teams, Admin Heads, Architects, and decision-makers.
Provide timely support, quotations, and follow-ups to ensure conversion.
Technical Expertise
Provide technical clarifications, product comparisons, and usage recommendations.
Coordinate with product managers and suppliers to resolve technical queries.
Stay updated on market innovations, competitor products, and new technologies.
Operational Responsibilities
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence.
Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, stock availability, logistics, and delivery schedules.
Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.
Skills & Experience
Diploma or Degree in Engineering or Any other field
2–7 years of experience selling IT Hardware, Building Materials or similar products to Corporate companies, Builders, Malls and Retail clients
Strong understanding of high value sales process. Ability to connect with Senior Management at the clients' end
Good communication skills
Preferred Skills:
Strong selling capability.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and work independently.
Customer-first mindset with a high level of responsiveness.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, CRM tools).
