Role overview

As a Senior Finance Manager, you will be working with the Managing Director in strategic financial planning, investments, fund management, asset management and financial control. You will also be working on scaling business to the next level, including planning for IPO, diversification and creating a mature player in the Real Estate industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Financial Planning:

  •  Develop and implement comprehensive financial business plans for all verticals and projects.

  •  Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual budgets and forecasts to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

• Investment Management:

  •  Plan and manage investments, including leveraging company funds, raising equity, and utilizing dead assets effectively.

  •  Strategize for IPO readiness by 2027, including ESOP structuring and equity planning.

• Fundraising and Revenue Sourcing:

  •  Handle project loans, IPF, and fundraising activities specifically for real estate projects.

  •  Explore and secure revenue sources to drive project completion and growth.

•  Tax Planning and Compliance:

  •  Supervise tax planning to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.

  •  Oversee accounts management and follow up on receivables to maintain cash flow and financial health.

• Team Management:

  •  Lead and manage the Finance and Accounts team to ensure smooth operations.

  •  Supervise the team’s activities, ensuring timely follow-up on receivables and adherence to financial

policies.

• Asset Management:

  •  Analyze and plan the utilization of dead assets to maximize returns.

  •  Maintain a structured approach to tracking and optimizing company resources and investments.

• Financial Reporting:

  •  Monitor and report financial performance, ensuring adherence to budgets and projections.

  •  Provide insights and recommendations to the leadership team for strategic decision-making.

Skills & Experience

• Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA in Finance

• Strong background in real estate finance, with 7 to 10 years of domain-specific experience

• Expertise in fundraising, project loans, and investment management (preferred)

• Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis

Preferred Skills:

• Strong understanding of IPO planning and execution

• Ability to strategize and optimize asset utilization

• Exceptional leadership and communication skills to manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders
