We have deep expertise in implementing and customizing Sales Cloud, Service Cloud & Community Cloud and over the last 20 years of our Salesforce Practice and have implemented over 250+ projects.
Role & responsibilities
To Interact with our customers, understand the customers policies and procedures, design how our product has to be set up for the customers requirement, configure the product, test, deliver and train the Customer. Business Analysts will also have to keep up to date with the Salesforce ecospace and see how our product and delivery can be upgraded.
Product Configurations: Configure and set up the product basis the customers requirements.
Manage Customers: Take charge of managing/supporting customers assigned.
Product Knowledge: Educate themselves on the different product offerings and capabilities.
Salesforce Knowledge: Actively keep improving on their Salesforce knowledge and apply it for their deliverables.
Issue Debugging: Understand the issue and provide the best possible solution.
Coordination: Help coordinate between various internal teams and customers.
Preferred candidate profile
Education Qualifications: A degree in IT/Computer Science.
Previous Salesforce Experience: Fresher position into Salesforce
Communication Skills: Requires strong, confident, english communication skills,
good at building and maintaining relationships.
Strong analytical skills (both qualitative and quantitative) and the ability to collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Would help if they are Organized, Methodical and great at follow-ups.
Salesforce Administrator or other Salesforce Certifications are advantageous.
