Follow this procedure:
Log in to your Coach Portal account, go to the “Manage Activities” tab, and find the current class in the list below.
Click the Attendance button, and see if the student’s name is listed. If you’re not sure because a name is close, and you think they may be using a nickname, the name of the parent who registered the student is listed under the student’s age.
❌If they are at the wrong lesson: Correct them, and send them home.
✅If they are at the right lesson, but they are not on the schedule, text the business phone (604-341-6069) and let us know so that we can fix it.
Maximum five students per class. You should never have more.
