Opening & Closing Procedures

Opening Procedures

1. Hotel swipe card on the table under the towel (hide if the pool is busy).

2. Open all bins

3. Keep keys out of the bins

4. Make sure pool area/changerooms are safe (no glass, etc.)

5. Water Test

6. Cell phone- on table (check if the office called/texted between lessons) - Hide under the towel

7. Lock personal belongings in the bin

8. Put up learning boards

9. Prepare equipment

Closing Procedures

1. Lock and double check all the bins by pulling up on the lid of each bin to ensure that you have accidently not threaded the lock through the bin lid but rather just locked the lock. Please note bins have $3000 worth of equipment. Triple check bins before you leave by pulling up on the lids

2. Check the skimmers/bottom of the pool.

3. Put equipment, toys in bins

4. Pick up trash, organize the space.

5. Stack learning boards behind the bins, facing the wall.
