Contact the emergency contacts if you are on shift and need help immediately.
Contact them in this order:

⚠️This is an American phone number. Please add it to your Whatsapp contacts and call via Whatsapp so you do not incur long distance fees.
Please do not contact these numbers for non-urgent matters that can wait until business hours (Mon - Fri, 8am - 3pm).
Some examples of emergencies on shift are:
There is a fecal during one of your lessons.
The coach after you does not show up.
You are unable to lock any bins before you leave for the day, etc.
The hotel has asked you to stop lessons.
Some examples of non-urgent queries are:
Merchandise for sale problems.
Report card questions.
Reporting in no shows.
Reference contact details, etc.
